CAM Programming

CAM programs are made for processing the designed pieces in CNC machines.

CNC Cutting

CAM program cuts the pieces sent to the machine in a thickness of 0.02mm.

CNC Bending

The pieces cut are prepared for weld joining in CNC machine that can provide high precision bending and angle control.

TIG - MIG Welding

Stainless steel sheets, iron and ALMG alloys are welded flawlessly by our team of expert welders using state-of-the-art equipment available in our manufacturing plant.

Powder Coating

Welded and leveled pieces are electrostatic powder coated, following phosphating and passivation processes for high level protection prior to coating. Surface quality control measurement is carried out after the coating process.

PU Gasketing

Following the powder coating, covers are subjected to polyurethane gasketing, which does not lose its flexibility and characteristics in time, and provide high degree of protection.
